Who We Are
The Hong Kong Generative AI Research and Development Center (HKGAI) was established in October 2023, with a focus on advancing research and development in generative artificial intelligence technologies. As one of the research centers under the InnoHK program—a key initiative of the Hong Kong SAR Government—HKGAI is led by Professor Yike Guo, Provost of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. The center collaborates with several leading institutions.
